Best excursion we have ever done!
We were a group of 8 from 15 to 45 years old. We are all in shape so we weren't concerned about the physical activity. We did not book through Carnival because they didn't offer to go up all 27 falls. Our tour was amazing!! Sliding down rock slides, walking and swimming through the crisp clean water, and jumping off cliffs (there is a ladder if you prefer not to jump). There was a couple that was not in shape that made it through however they were falling behind and huffing and puffing at times. Some of the hike up is a bit steep. Wear water shoes! Thanks to other reviews we had water/land water sneakers with thick soles. Those who had water shoes put an extra shoe sole for extra cushioning for walking on the rocks. We would go back to this excursion again and again!

Hike and swim, slide, or jump down waterfalls
This was an amazing excursion to see nature in its purest form. At times the hike up was steep and our guides were great at letting us take our time and even fanning those who were hot. Rolfi our guide/photographer was hilarious and kept things fun and entertaining. Definitely recommend this.

The Falls memory will stick with you fondly forever!
The Falls themselves - GORGEOUS - the jumps and slides - EXHILARATING. The Guides were AWESOME - friendly, careful, safe, and entertaining. My son and I went on this trip together and it was his absolutely favorite activity that we did. We were on a cruise - and this was tiring enough to work up a great appetite for the wonderful food we returned to! Also - not to worry about safety - completely great!

Great fun!
Very exciting yet safe. There are steps to climb but well worth the exertion. Jumping and sliding down the falls was exhilarating!

Amazing Sights
The waterfalls are beautiful. Even just trekking through the jungle to get there was very beautiful. The journey was long but well worth it. The guides were very helpful and made us laugh and had a good time during the tour. Definitely my favorite cruise excursion at this stop.
